My approach

I don't arrive with a prescribed team-building formula.

I start by understanding the team, its context and what it is trying to achieve. From there, we create the right combination of coaching, facilitation, reflection and practical work.

The goal is not simply for the team to have a good day together.

It's to change something about how they work together afterwards.
