I’m Emily Sexton, an executive coach and leadership development specialist working with senior leaders and teams across hospitality and corporate organisations.

With more than 20 years’ experience in senior communications, corporate affairs and stakeholder advisory roles, I bring a practical understanding of the realities of leadership in complex organisations.

Hospitality remains an important part of my work, and I particularly enjoy working with leaders navigating the pace, complexity and people dynamics of the industry.

My coaching focuses on how leaders show up, how they are experienced by others and what they can do differently to communicate, influence and lead more effectively. I work with leaders on everything from stepping into bigger roles and navigating difficult relationships to preparing for important presentations and leading through change.

My approach is warm, thoughtful and practical. I combine coaching with tools including 360-degree feedback, Hogan and Lumina Spark personality assessments, helping clients develop greater self-awareness and turn insight into meaningful change.
