Throughout her career, Emily has worked alongside executive teams, hotel General Managers, commercial leaders and owners from complex, international organisations, including over a decade with IHG Hotels & Resorts in Europe & Asia.

Her broad, cross-cultural experience enables her to coach and build rapport quickly, supporting clients from a range of industries and backgrounds.
