Emily Sexton is an accredited coach with a 20-year background in strategic communications and leadership advisory. She has worked in global PR consultancies and spent a decade at IHG Hotels & Resorts, a FTSE 40 hospitality company, where she partnered with executives and international teams across global markets.
Emily is a certified Hogan assessments practitioner and draws on the Primary Colours® Model of Leadership to provide a clear, practical structure for interpreting personality and performance insights in the context of leadership. Through coaching, leadership development/assessment tools, and deep communication expertise, Emily has helped leaders around the world to understand how they are perceived by others (what their strengths and limitations are - and how to enhance them); to navigate change and uncertainty with resilience, and to improve their relationships through more effective communication, so they can operate at their best.
